Bookings and quotes

A booking request sent through this website, WhatsApp or email is a request only. It becomes a confirmed booking once we have contacted you and agreed on a date and time. Any quote is based on the information available at the time and may change once the vehicle has been inspected. We will discuss any additional work with you before we do it.

Vehicles and parts

Work carried out on your vehicle, guarantees on workmanship and parts, payment terms and the collection of vehicles are governed by the terms agreed with you at the workshop and by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies.

Use of the website

You may not use this website for anything unlawful, or try to interfere with how it works. Content, photographs and the De Graaf Under-Car logo may not be copied or reused without our permission.
