These terms apply to this website and to orders and function bookings made through it. By using the website or sending us an order you agree to them.

Menu and photos
Our menu changes with what is available. Some photos on this website are styled or illustrative and show a typical example of a dish, so what you get may look a little different. Every item is offered in beef or chicken, and selected items in lamb, while stock lasts.
Prices
Prices are in South African rand and are not listed on this website because they can change. The price that applies is the one we confirm to you when you order, in person or on WhatsApp.
Placing an order
- Sending us a WhatsApp message is an order request. Your order is accepted only when we reply to confirm it.
- If an item or option is sold out, we will tell you and offer an alternative.
- Orders are prepared fresh. Please collect at the time we agree so your food is hot.
Payment
Payment is made when you collect your order, or by a method we agree with you. We will never ask for your card details on WhatsApp.
Functions and events
- The booking form gives us your details so we can send a quote. A booking is only confirmed once we agree the date, menu, numbers, price and any deposit in writing.
- Travel costs may apply outside our usual area.
- If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, tell us as soon as possible. Any deposit terms will be set out in your quote and will be fair and reasonable as the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 requires.
Allergies and dietary needs
Our food is prepared in a kitchen and on grills that handle meat, dairy, gluten, eggs, mustard and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any dish is free of an allergen. Please tell us about allergies when you order and we will help you choose.
Food quality
If something is wrong with your order, tell us straight away and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Use of this website
The content, logo, photos and design of this website belong to The Wrap Shack and its designers. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. We try to keep the information here correct and up to date, including where we are trading, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. Check our Facebook page or WhatsApp us for the latest trading spots.
This website links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Maps and other services. We are not responsible for their content or how they work.

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or ECTA.
