2. Products, prices and photos
The information on this website is a general guide to what we sell. Our stock, cuts and prices change regularly, so an item shown here may not always be available.
We don't list prices on the website. Prices are confirmed when you order.
Some photos on this website are stock photography used for illustration. They may not show our actual products.
3. Orders and payment
An order is only accepted once we've confirmed it with you by phone, WhatsApp or email. Unless we agree otherwise, orders are collected and paid for at our shop on Logan Street. We may decline an order, for example if stock runs out.
4. Food safety
Keep fresh meat refrigerated and frozen meat frozen, and cook meat thoroughly before eating. Once you've collected your order, safe storage and preparation are your responsibility. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, ask us about ingredients (for example the spices in our boerewors) before you buy.
5. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. If you have a problem with something you bought, contact us as soon as possible and bring your proof of purchase.
6. Cooking and cut information
The cut charts and cooking suggestions on this website are general guidance only. Cooking times and methods vary.
7. Intellectual property
The Heavenly Meats name, logo and the content of this website belong to Heavenly Meats and may not be copied or used without our permission. Stock photos are used under the Unsplash licence.
8. Links to other websites
This website links to other services such as Google Maps, Facebook and WhatsApp. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
9. Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Heavenly Meats isn't liable for any loss that results from using this website.
